VI VASILEIADI

Evi is an associate of the Firm based in Nicosia working in the Corporate and Commercial Department. Her experience extends to a wide range of commercial, corporate, employment and property law matters.

Evi assists, advises and represents both foreign and domestic clients in the setting up of corporate structures, the negotiating of complex business transactions and the drafting of all corporate and commercial documentation.

She also has extensive knowledge and experience on data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation.
