ONSTANTINOS MAVRELLIS

Constantinos has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions and joint venture formations. Over the past three years, he has also taken charge of the Real Estate and Construction department of the firm and has been very active in the real estate sector in Cyprus. He has been advising real estate investors and the major property developers in Cyprus on all legal matters that may arise in the process of investing in real estate from acquisition phase, construction to final exit through sale or otherwise.

In addition, Constantinos has been regularly engaged by fund managers and investment advisors for setting up capital raising structures for local and international investments and has an extensive knowledge on funds and investment management regulatory regime.
