Cynthia has a broad commercial background in shipping. She has extensive experience of acting for ship owners in connection with the registration of ships under the Cyprus flag and all related transactions, chartering arrangements including bare boat chartering and registration and assisting clients to comply with the requirements of the Cyprus maritime authorities necessary to maintain their registration of their vessels under the Cyprus flag.
