ARILENA CHRISTOFOROU

Marilena is an associate in the corporate and commercial department of the firm. She has a strong background in the field of corporate and commercial law as she gained knowledge in the area of International Commercial Law during her postgraduate studies.

Marilena advises both private and public companies in Cyprus on a wide array of corporate issues and her expertise covers corporate and commercial law, with focus on formation, mergers and cross border mergers, restructurings, migration – re-domiciliation and liquidations of companies as well as the drafting of various contracts and agreements. She also has considerable knowledge and experience on matters related to the examinership of Cyprus companies as well as on matters related to Receivers/Managers of Cyprus companies.

She also handles many court applications in relation to various corporate procedures pursuant to the regulations of Cyprus Companies Law.
