Biography
Giannis deals with the incorporation and administration of legal entities, including Limited Liability Companies, Companies Limited by Guarantee, Partnerships and Joint Ventures.
His clientele includes both local and international credit institutions.
Giannis also advises on corporate matters, including general corporate procedures, restructurings, capital changes, entity and business acquisitions, corporate finance, re-domiciliation and liquidations.
He has also been increasingly involved in the formation of Trusts and the drafting of banking legal documents.
