Nikoleta specializes in shipping finance, representing leading financing banks, financial institutions and major ship owners in connection with the financing of newly built and second-hand vessels.

She advises on issues regarding financing agreements and security documents for a wide range of financing arrangements, including single bank and syndicated loan facilities. Additionally, Nikoleta serves as the Cyprus correspondent lawyer for foreign law firms, banks, and financial institutions on matters of Cyprus law.

Since 2023, Nikoleta has been a member of the Committee for the Modernization of Public Sector Services of the Cyprus Bar Association and since July 2025, she has been a member of the Board of the Cyprus Theatre Organisation (THOC), a position to which she was appointed by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus.

Nikoleta was also the recipient of a European Legal Award in the category of Maritime Law in 2022.
